Start a Conversation

Contact us, and we will guide you in starting your own Conversations group and provide you with the needed tools for success.  First, please review the following documents describing the Alliance’s principles and values, and which serve to guide the Conversations process:

• Guiding Principles. There is racism and antisemitism in our midst. We must be clear eyed and courageous in our efforts to combat these evils, regardless of their source.  And, we must resist inappropriate use of this terminology, intentionally or unintentionally. All Americans should have an opportunity to thrive and live the American Dream
• Pillars of Trust. This is the foundation for what we do. First and foremost, engage with an open heart and an open mind, TELL THE TRUTH, take on the difficult subjects that others will not, be respectful of your fellow participants.

We ask that you assemble a group of 15 or more individuals who agree to meet regularly (e.g., quarterly, every other month) for at least the next year to learn, to engage in public service projects, and to discuss the difficult subjects related to combating racism and antisemitism. The Alliance will provide you with logistical support to get started, and tools for your ongoing success including communications (internally and with other Communications groups), and suggested topics/project ideas.
